Course Description

The course begins on 27 February 2026 and includes a series of face-to-face workshops on 6 March, 30–31 March, 1, 8–10 April, with final assessments on 29–30 June and 1 July. Attendance on all dates is mandatory.

Learners complete online workbooks and presentations, followed by practical workshops covering training systems, small group instruction, and outdoor fitness. From April to June, students work with a real client over 8–12 weeks, designing and delivering a progressive training programme, including at least one outdoor session. Evidence is submitted via a training log, session plans, client feedback, and video extracts.

Final assessments include live one-to-one and small group training sessions, and a showcase presentation evaluating the programme and outlining future business plans. The course requires 30–50 hours of coursework and costs £250, with additional insurance £60 (you must pay this at start of course) and optional printed materials.
