Collection details:

Please collect from T104 no earlier than 24hrs after placing your order (on a weekday).For items ordered at the weekend, please collect on the following Monday.

You'll get a confirmation email if your payment has been successful (check your junk mail folder if you can't see it). This will contain an order number which you should quote when you collect.

Refunds:

Due to hygiene reasons, this product can only be refunded if it's returned in the original packaging and unused.
