Description

The Walking Football pass covers payment for our Friday walking football session offered weekly during Term 1.

You can either pay upfront for the term (Friday 20 Sept to Friday 13 Dec) or pay per calendar month (October and/or November).
Month passes will last for the calendar month you have chosen (e.g. October pass will cover you for sessions running between 1st-31st October). The cut-off date for purchase of a monthly pass is the 7th of the month.

If you prefer to pay for sessions on a "Pay As You Go" basis the cost is £2.50 per session payable on arrival at the Sports Centre (Reception), not via the Online Store.

Individuals must have a valid payment receipt or walking football pass to take part. Non-payment of a valid session fee may result in a veto from future participation. (Anyone taking part without a valid pass or payment would not be covered by UoD insurance policy).

Important notes

You'll receive one email confirming payment has been received. This will contain your unique reference number beginning 'DER'.

Later (allow two working days), you'll receive a second email confirming your pass is ready for collection.

You'll be able to collect your pass from the Sports Centre Receptionists. The Sports Centre opening times are: 6.30am-10pm Monday to Friday & 9am-5pm weekends.

Refunds:

We may offer a refund if there has been a genuine mistake in purchase, or a legitimate reason is provided by the customer making the request.
No refund will usually be given if the customer has already utilised their pass.
